Mercy - Jodi Picoult

Mercy by Jodi Picoult

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book. I HIGHLY recommend books by Jodi Picoult. The characters are so real and likeable and well developed -- just fantastic.

This one was (as most of her books tend to be) a tear-jerker about a man on trial for the murder of his terminally ill wife (think Dr. Kevorkian).

FAN-tastic. 4.5 bookmarks!

The Virgin's Lover - Philippa Gregory

The Virgin's Lover by Philippa Gregory

Same time period and back story as The Queen's Fool -- only this is from Amy's point of view (Lord Robert's wife). I

Can't say I'd recommend this on seeing as I started reading it on MARCH 12TH and I finally gave up on it in MAY. This from someone who tears through books in a week. I just didn't CARE about any of the characters -- it's kind of they same way I feel about "The Sopranos" right now -- I just don't care about anyone and whethere they live, die, kill or whatever.

Thumbs down. Less than one bookmark.
